Ok, I really wanted to make this thread for a while. And now it the time hwere I'm piss off!!!! Unbeatableboss,unforgivenviper, or better known as KageuchiSetduka has been scrubbing again. Anyway, I started to get complains about my truling style with Algol. It's using his gun at long range, and they saying, "Wow, is that your Algol?" So they think he take no skills, and I was call a retarded for thinking he take skills. So that my big question people. "Cause I'm at the point to fucking go on a rampage with Algol.

It's not that he takes no skill, it's that the people who complain about him LACK the skill to figure out how to beat him. Algol isn't cheap or broken, he's just high tier.

Of course its cause they have so many good effective moves wich is what makes them high tier it doesnt make them unbeatable.

Do you guys really think they should ban him. I say it stupid to ban an unsafe character. Who can't setp for shit. And also has a not so great in close game. What is your throguhts about this agruements of him being allow in trouneys. The one I'm going to he allow, and I talk to the guy who running it. He said he isn't that broken. So tell what you guys think. If Algol get ban at trouney, I hate to say this but I might jsut be a yoshi player with Talim and Tira as back up.

The only reason that Algol would be banned from tournaments right now is the ignorance of the organizers.

There are far stronger characters in the roster. Algol isn't in the top of the tier list, let alone overpowered or broken.

Nah, the *taking no skill* title will always belong to lame ass Mitsurugi.

Xianghua was a culprit of this too but that changed in SC4.

I honsetly don't see why some are so quick to wave the ban flag. Algol doesn't break the game so he's not cheap. Bubbles can be GI'd back at him and are worthless at close range. Most of Algol's game is worthless in close range. He's just a mid range character. It's not as if he suffers SNK boss syndrome.

The first time I played against my friend who uses Algol I did lose (don't own the game so I didn't know how to approach him). However, I beat him the next fight when I realized Algol's game at close range isn't that reliable. So I abused the hell out of that fact and stayed in close.

Algol has 1 amazing attack, the super duper GI everything upper cut. But beyond that, he is Unsafe, and slow. Just make sure you learn how to guard his Natural Combos, before you whine about him interrupting you.

I'm running tournaments in Orlando FL, myself, and he is NOT banned in mine. In fact, I'm only banning the *Star* Guests, and Vader. People DO complain to me about Shura, but once there is proof that she is NOT broken, then I will Un-ban them immediately. Algol, IMO is NOT that good. he has 1 single attack that makes me cringe though, and if it is abuse able in such a way that he is found to be broken, I don't have a problem banning him, but until then, I see no reason. I personally would prefer banning The Apprentice.... but that's just me in my Anti-Gimmick ways.

Well, I don't even go to tournaments, but I don't think they should ban him if they haven't found a good reason to and are just making assumptions about the matter.
