Best Mix-up Options?

So after playing for a few hours this morning, I realized that while Maxi doesn't have the Heiachi-like range on his moves anymore, his moves no longer effortlessly link into one another (much to my surprise as I tried to button mash my way through Arcade).

So what are Maxi's best mix-up options in SCIV? And by best I mean, the best for each of the following:

1. Lowest risk with low attack
2. Lowest rsik with overhead attack
3. Highest reward with low attack
4. Highest reward with overhead attack
5. Does Maxi have a good baiting game?
