Is this seriously guaranteed? I've tested and tested in practice mode. Put the computer on all guard and it still hits. I've even tried GI'ing it and it won't work. Really what's up with this move? It's as broken as the second attack of Asura hitting me when I WC'd (I play Talim as well as Kilik) the first hit and was behind Kilik.

I really should've made a video of that.
 
Yep... It's guaranteed.

My sparring partner was not happy when I finally got the 3kB timing down consistently. Now he's eating BP A and BP B, 3kB mixups constantly.
