My friend had the original idea to make a zombie (he's way into zombies). I suggested the idea of a clown or something (cuz wat's creepier than clowns?) and that morphed into a more circus-y theme. He did most of the stuff like colors and clothing and the blade in her side. I just added blood and aligned the blade so it was sticking in more.

Make the skin grey. Or a pale green. Le Bello thinks it will dramatically increase the zombiefication. A bit of exposed brain wouldn't hurt either.

Overall a decent attempt.
 
I like the use of bandages, blood stains, the pale skin complexion, and even the spike going in her side. The colors are way too busy, here, though, even for a clown. I'd try mixing up some of the patterns on different parts. Also, I know people around here hate it when saturation is left high, but when you need bright and bold colors, like on a clown suit, you need bright and bold colors. If it isn't already high, see what turning it up a few notches does for some of the colors.
 
Change the color of the skin (little more gray or green) and the hair. Also, basic desing is good but I think some items like a collar fill of blood or some horns as rib, or an arrow would improve the zombie aspect
