Does Critical Edges Increase in power depending on remaining health?

i was playing as Hilde and Fighting Pat on Aracde mode and when i did her Crit edge at low health it chipped him so bad. He died on the second hit.

They actually do when your health starts to go into yellow, I don't have the exact numbers but the lower the health in yellow, the bigger the damage increase.
