Aug- Thanks for putting me in my place but I will get you on the 11th so be prepared. Your Yoshi is sick man.

Nori- Respect man you also put me in my place but I want MM from you next tourney I am determined to Dethrone you.....Did you apologize to your girl after yall left Chachos lol? GG's and nice to see your strong side.

DSB- GG's man you are lucky Nori knocked me out before I could get to you but congrats and keep up the good work loved your style.

Con- I am always glad to see a fellow Setsuka player and your Setsuka is ice. Letting you know in advance I am biting some of your setups thanks for opening up my eyes from a different perspective. And I will never try that hot sauce again! lol

Some Black Pimp aka Chicken wing- Appreciate the ride home after I got stood up at the tourney. I was hoping to get revenge from the beating you gave me with Amy on thursdays tourney but its cool just don't fuck up next time cause we was supposed to meet in the finals. 3 Words...KING KONG NACHOS! Damn I got 3 pounds left in the frige still.

MC Clusky- I hope you are watching Shippuden cause its going off right now with the Akatuski in the mix now. Thanks for bringing the tourney to SA and thanks for the many times you made me laugh when you consistently put Smash players in check over the mic lol.

Slaycruz- GG man just keep at it and hands down you are the best at landing that command grab off of anything.

Bushido- GG at the causal warm ups when everyone else wanted to sandbag and not play me, thanks for stepping up and have the willingness to learn I see potential in your mitsu so keep at it.

ROB- I will slap you if you don't make it to the next tourney cause there was no Ivy at this one so hold down the only Ivy player position in SA since I dropped her back in part 2 love you man.

To everyone else- I talked and chilled with many cool peeps but I didn't get yall's names but much love to yall and if yall post just give me a shout and let me know yalls names. Peace

She's laying down right next to me now. And no, I can't apologize for being myself. She's my fiance, and my best friend so she knows me very well. We joke around like that all the time.

Anyway, shout outs:

Setsuna: Your Setsuka is solid. When I'm focused, I'm a different kind of player. I'm done w/the whole shit talking thing so there was no point for me in convincing you. From now on, I most likely will be playing all Cervantes again:) Set higher goals than "dethroning" me. Aim to get 1st place. Trust me, I used to aim to dethrone people, and other people passed me up. Tourney time, everybody is the enemy haha

Bushido: Where were you? We are supposed to meet up and talk strat. Can't believe we didn't talk. And if we DID talk and I don't remember you, I'm going to feel really bad about this post;)

Con: You and Ned are totally different Setsukas, had to adapt pretty fast in our match. Good stuff today. We really need to play more often

CW: How to beat Yunsung: Side Step. Worked for me, should have worked for you dummy. And your Amy vs Con's Setsuka was really fun to watch. Next time, be more confident in your Amy. You know the rule: We only give compliments to CW once a year. Congrats until 2009. And you didn't post my real name under here. Why do I bother changing my name at tourneys if you don't cooperate? You bum

Agustin: Your Yoshi is super solid dude. Good win today. You were the only guy to beat me. Therefore, I'm still mad at you for a 24 hour period of making me get 2nd instead of 1st.

SA_Rob: Good job on showing up at way late. We are on US Central time sir, not UK time which is 5 hours ahead of us. You made up for it by inviting Maria and I to your house. Therefore, you are forgiven.

To everybody I talked to about 8wayrun.com and future tourneys, hope to see you at CW's place, and if not, at the 10/11 tourney. I was surprised SA had such hidden talent!
 
Nori, I was the guy in the captian america T-shirt, standing right beside you when your name was called for your first match. I tried to say hi, but then you walked to the front, and I kept myself entertained way in the back. It's cool, this was my first taste of an off-line event and now i'm hooked, so there will be other times.

Setsuna, thanks for the matches, I think I played you the most. I was hating myself after scrubbing out, not that I wasn't prepaird for it, just thought I'd put up a better showing. And after I was out, playing casuals with you and other peeps, I did alot better and think I actually have a chance at competing down the line.

All in all, in was a fun day, Met some people, put some names to faces, added some folks to my friends list, and I look forward to going over to a weekly event at CW's house, now that I know that only half of you all are crazy. :)
 
tourney was 2 good. wish i could of stayed and finished it out. meh dam work. the tournament on the 11th is going to be badass.

Thanks for coming out guys, I love seeing new faces and exploring new communities. I hope that I can untap the full potential of the San Antonio scene for Soul Calibur IV now that so many SC2 players are coming back.

Well, I know the top 5 guys very well and CW. I was trying to get CW to list who played who (if he remembers). Agustin played Yoshi, I played Cervy/Cass but was trying to get a list of everybody:)
 
Props to the Placers... glad to see you guys are getting healthy competition down there...

Wish I could have made the trip... When's the next TX tourney, guys? Since, Oct 4th in Houston is a no-go, we need to decide what we're gonna do about an Oct. tourney.

In tournaments, people only use standard for tournament formats.

These are the only ones I know:

1 High Lord Agustin - Yoshi
2 Nori - Cervantes/Cassandra
3 DSB - Yunsung/Mitsurugi/Zasalamel
4 Setsuna - Setsuka
5 Con - Setsuka/Amy/Lizardman
