Due to the sudden hype of the balancing patch, I decided to run out of my cave / room and grab myself an ethernet cable, hoping to enjoy online matches. And I did, found a player and handed me my ego, along with my.... Well....

Anyway, I decided that I may be caving up too much and not seeing the world of match-ups. Playing against others that I've not mashed heads with.

So now, here I am. I am hoping to learn things from the guys here, as I've always been as a lurker.

I've been playing since SC2, started as Sieg and eventually picked up Cassandra as my main. I felt horribly bad when I found out she wasn't around.

I decided to pick up Natsu, and have grown in love with her.

And I hope to grow more with her as well, with support from you guys.

Still hoping Cass gets DLC.

Hah, another Natsu player and another Cass fan. Glad to meet another member of both camps. Wouldn't mind seeing some Cassie DLC myself. Her unexplained disappearance is well... odd. Speaking of odd I'd heard some people say her closest playstyle analogue in this game is Nightmare? Go figure. That said though fighters like Talim or Zas kinda demand to be turned into DLC first because of their unique styles so we might be waiting a while on that...

Sometimes having your ego crushed is a good thing. It's important to walk away from that, not blaming others or wanting the game changed to suit you but to improve yourself. Too many people don't have that healthy outlook so I commend you on that. That's the first and most important distinction between the player who will always be a scrub and the player that could some day be a champion. With that in mind if you seek further ego crushings err to meet some folks who can help steer ya further in your quest for growth, it couldn't hurt to check out the regional match finder.

Thanks thanks. I'll try lurking around some more posting here and there, where I can't find a explanation within the posts or have something to add to discussions. I really owe much of my game to the data posted here, and I've matches (2 exactly) posted somewhere in youtube, just so I could show my game and get critique.

While I did whine for a long time bout Cass not being able to make it in, I grabbed the nearest blonde I liked (I may be color blind) and decided to play Natsu. I never really got indepth into learning Taki, but I tried to get into her game when I found my resolve to play Natsu (grabbed my copy of Broken Destiny and played the hell out). Came to a bit of surprise, Natsu is easier to play (control-wise, inputs for possession stances being me directional holds rather than 236 inputs) while losing some fun tools (I remember the 3 ninja bombs fondly, but I could be mistaking SC:BD with another SC title)

I definitely needed that slap of reality to say that I'm not yet the best in my area, and no where near as good as I think I am. Hopefully the Natsu peeps around here are as accommodating with inputs as I think they are.

As for dearest Cassandra, I know I read somewhere here that NamBa officially has her floating around Astral Chaos, prior to SC4 ending.
