Hello everyone. Around these parts I go as AlexY.

I loved playing Soul Calibur ever since - well, when it was named Soul Blade. I'm not much of a competitive player, but that's because I had nobody to compete with. Just friendly matches with people I know. Trying to get a shot at this online thing now. So far two or so matches were lag-free (more or less) but the rest were a doozy. I need EU players to spar with, preferably close to (or on) the Balkan area!

I main(ed) Raphael, but my skills are rather rusty, since I haven't played SC for well over two years...

Hope to see some of you online.

(And is it me, or is Character Creation on SCIV kind of lame?)

But why is Character Creation lame? I thought you can also play in multiplayer without them?

Oh, it's not that, but after character creation in SCIII it feels weak - seems to me like there aren't a lot of items to customize with, and the "attributes" are just plain silly.

Couldn't agree more myself. Nice to see another returning series veteran. I wish you luck if you're going to try to be more competitive and I hope you enjoy your stay.
