How do you get glowing eyes on your CaS toon?

I have heard that there is some kind of glitch in CaS that if you use certain combos of skills your toons gets glowing eyes?

Dose anyone know anything about this?
 
They're nightmare/astaroth edits, not CaS characters...Unless you're talkin about just white eyes.

Hate that word "toon" though. Never feels fitting to any genre it's ever been associated with.

Nighty or Asty is right...

Although, i think "toon" fit fine for WoW chars because they really did look like cartoons.
