How to Balance Setsuka's EZ Normals

I've been a huge fan of Setsuka since SCIII, but when she returned a month ago she got EZ Normals. It's because they were legit JFs in prior games done very easily. Project Soul didn't remove them in today's patch even though they should've.

SCVI Season 3 should make her EZ Normals useless until Wintry Reflection is active. Wintry Reflection shouldn't count Run Counters. Vernal Reflection should count ALL types of CHs.

⦁ Make aB a JF in the form of a:B
⦁ Make SC 2aB an Normal Move in the form of 88aB _ 2368aB
⦁ SKY B Lethal Hit should be 8 WoH moves used
⦁ 1A JF should be 0 on Hit
⦁ 4B should be i18
⦁ 4B 1st Hit DMG Buff - 10 ~ 14
⦁ 4B:B 2nd Hit DMG Buff - 14 ~ 16
⦁ 1B DMG Nerf - 24 ~ 18
⦁ FC 3B 1st DMG Buff - 12 ~ 14
⦁ Vernal Reflection should increase DMG for ALL JFs, 214, 236 inputs by 15 DMG
⦁ Vernal Reflection should make a:B, ag:B, FC 3a:B, b:A, b:(A), 22a:B, 88a:B come out 2 Frames Faster
⦁ Vernal Reflection should increase Frame Advantage of 4B:B to +18
⦁ Vernal Reflection should increase Frame Advantage of CH FC 3B:B to +18
⦁ Remove Vernal Reflection from non JF versions of 2143a:B
⦁ B+KB 2nd Hit DMG Nerf - 16 ~ 12
⦁ B+K62B 2nd Hit DMG Buff - 20 ~ 28
⦁ B+KBA+B 3rd Hit DMG Nerf - 22 ~ 16
⦁ B+KBB+K 3rd Hit DMG Nerf - 28 ~ 20
⦁ 6B+K LVL 2 should STN & by +16
⦁ Moonlight Reflection should give successful Punish, Whiff Punish, aGI, & Post GI DMG Starters more meter
⦁ BT B+K DMG Buff - 16 ~ 20
⦁ BT B+KB 2nd Hit DMG Nerf - 18 ~ 12
⦁ SC 44B+K & SC Moon 44B+K Last Hit DMG Nerf - 11 ~ 6
⦁ 33_66_99B+KB 2nd Hit DMG Nerf - 22 ~ 16
