How to beat Harada?

Pick Xiba and spam :4::B:. Use :B::B: when he hits the ground. Side step his super slow unblockables and you should be fine.
 
He has no range. and all he does is step. and do random high lows.

I find Filthie Rich a lot harder to beat than Harada
