Instant teleport?

How do you do Cervantes' INSTANT teleport. I know that you can teleport by 214, any direction but is there a quicker teleport where 214 isn't needed? Or at least a faster method.

It's not 214 any direction, it's 214, 6. Instant version is just fastest possible timing, 214:6. It's a really useful move, worth getting down consistently.
