I don't know what it is, but usually I play a fighting game to you know...fight, but for some reason I got sucked into the whole CaS thing since SC3 and have been making lots of character since.
Here's some random characters I have made since I started playing, I am not awfully creative so I am always looking out for tips to make my characters better or what not.

Lu Bu (Dynasty Warriors)
Red Hare (Dynasty Warriors)
Lu Ling Qi (Dynasty Tactics 2)

Note: I jacked the base formula from the Gamefaqs forums awhile back, the only thing I really did was changed the face, the hair and made the stem of the Rose with an arrow lol. Turned out quite well I must say.
Uesugi Kenshin (Sengoku Rance)
One of my Personal Favorites personally, got plenty of parts already in the game as well!
Xiahou Dun (Dynasty Warriors)
Note: Veteran Knight sounds really close to Xiahou Dun's voice actor in DW. I also need the most design help with this one, I can't for the life of me think of a good pattern for him that looks good.
Kefka (FF6)
Note: Awhile back I saw a topic on a Kefka and figured I'd eyeball it and see what I can put out. After a bit of messing around and personal touches I ended up with this. I am not sure if the colors are too good though
Hitler
I made Hitler back in SC3:
Initially I was bummed with the limited prospects of facial hair in this game (As opposed to SC3 which actually GAVE you Hitler's Mustache, but then I saw the chance to use a sticker as a mustache. (I also tried to combine 7s to make a swastica, that didn't go too well as I learned that you can only use 2 number stickers)
