Everyone, how do I display picture files, especially memes, on a post?

Not sure if that's an honest question or not, but anyways....
I'm usually shit at explaining stuff, but here goes nothing:
Click on "Upload a File" , which is below the text box. Choose your pic/meme, wait for it to upload, then click on "Full Image" for it to be displayed.
You can also upload it online from any other existing website by clicking on the "image" icon above the text box:
Copy the URL of the pic/meme, paste it & hit "insert".
