Need help

Getting better.
Need some decent people to play against / practice with.
I dont mind loosing as I'm just trying to get better but it'd be good if there was someone who would help me get better or tell me what I'm doing wrong sort of thing.

It's not so much I struggle against certain characters though I do hate sieg and NM.
I seem to be really inconsistent or lucky one game I'll be good next few bad.
