Player Base Questions

Hey guys I am new to the 8wayrun community and I am also getting back into gaming. Soul Cal 6 has been something I have been looking forward to for years, now that its finally here, I need a new console. I feel the competitive community mainly plays on Play Station. I know there is no real way to answer this but are most players going to be on ps4 as well? or Xbox. Or does it not matter do you all think? I mainly just want a good player base to play against/ with.

I personally think the playerbase is healthy on all consoles, though I think the PlayStation player base is larger than the Xbox one. As far as I'm aware a good amount of people are in PlayStation, sucks for me on Xbox but oh well. Jokes aside I think it's fine either way.

Basically I'd mirror Ukkesh's sentiments and I'd like to add that while it has yet to be borne out, the number of people coming to the new player arena and stating they will be on PC seems to indicate there will be a healthy presence there as well.
