Ps2/ps3 Controller To Xbox 360 Converter

Does anyone know where I can find a converter for a reasonable price? I can't stand the 360 pad and I just want something that works, nothing fancy. Thanks!

Ya, that's the prob with convertors, whenever you convert a signal you're gonna get lag (important for FGs especially)-it may be a little or a lot but you will get lag.
