In various games and in the story we get said that Soul Edge is finally complete?

But how is that possible in the first place if people like Astaroth, Maxi and others do have fragments of it? Wel Soul Calibur itself is a fragment of Soul Edge after all

So how can it complete?

Soul Edge is basically a living thing so its fragments bond together and missing parts can regenerate over time.
