Replays...

Where the hell can I find them? I have a number of replay's I'd like to upload, transfer on to my computer (I have a psp, I don't need info on that lol)
So my question is: How do I upload a replay to my ps3 hardrive, and where do I find it afterwards?
Or... What the hell am I supposed to do.

I don't think you can do that. Games ordinarily don't save video files of matches, they save the input data and the outcomes of the random variables. I think you just need to play it back on your console while streaming.

Unless you know that already, in which case your question is confusing because it's already ON the HDD. Do you want to upload it within the game?

... I'm not quite sure. XD Excuse me for being a technological noob, but what I want to do is, basically, upload a video to say, youtube. How do I get it from point A to point B. XD

Well you'd have to capture the footage to your computer somehow. Playback the replay on your PS3 while you're recording it somehow, you need to have a capture device though. Not easy. I still don't have all of my kinks ironed out.

Ooh. I thought it was easier D: It seems like it'd be easier to save the video's to the ps3 the same way they do with CAS photo's, and you could transfer them to a computer via a psp.
At least I had hoped...

No dude. You have to go to your replay options. Go to "battle log" ( or something like that). And select to save to "my battles" from the select the video you want watch and hit "start" to "output reply" and simply watch the video.

When it ends it will save it to your harddrive. From x media bar copy your vid to a flash deive and shove it ur computer and up load it to youtube.

Simple as that

SCV saves ACTUAL video files?! That's freakin' fantastic! Thnaks. I never would have known. You'd think it'd be advertised heavier.

Yeah, this.

Except you don't even need a flashdrive. Just use the video editor right above where your videos are saved on the PS3, edit if you want, select continue, and then select upload to youtube/facebook. Even simpler.

Using the video editor to upload is nice, but the flash drive can be a better option depending on what you're doing.

Especially if you have a YT account that allows uploads of 15+ minutes. (Pretty much all of them by now isn't it?) The uploader randomly chopping 10+ minute videos is annoying. The flash drive avoids that annoying little quirk.

Marginal, I earlier tried to upload a camera recorded video to a YT account only for it to be rejected because the video was too long. (My video was 28 mins.)
Given the conditions that were in the terms and conditions and private policy on youtube about increasing video uploading time limit, I really did not want to give my mobile phone number to them. It's why I was feeling iffy when I read your post, unless there's a way to have 15+ mins. of video to upload WITHOUT giving away your mobile phone number.
