This seems like a reliable translation:

New command: 6A+B4; can go into PO now if 4 is inputted before the projectile is thrown.

Fix: Reversal edge; adjusted tracking and hitboxes so it whiffs less at close range.

Fix: STK, WRO B, WRO K, PO K on block, PO 2_8 A, 2A+B, BT 2A+B, 22_88 A, running KKB; made it so these moves don't ring out yourself during battle. Moves like STK throw and WRO BKB still ring out by design.

Fix: AAA; made it easier to hit stepping opponents at close range. Fix: BBB; increase the hitbox on the first hit as it would sometimes whiff on ducking opponents.

Fix: WR BB, jump BB; 1st hit keeps opponents closer, and 2nd hit moves Taki forward more. Intended to fix situations when 1st hit hits but 2nd hit whiffs.

Fix: 22B; opponent stun is changed on the 1st hit, so that in situations where the 2nd hit whiffs, you can still combo the opponent.

Fix: PO 22_88A; improved the tracking of the 2nd hit to reduce situations where the 2nd hit whiffs.

Fix: CE; increased the hitbox vertically, to reduce situations where opponents would go under it, or where mid-air combos would whiff.

Balance change: 6BB; faster recovery after the 1st hit, increased block stun for the 1st hit, increased the hitbox on the 1st hit to avoid whiffs during combos, reduced opponent pushback after the 1st hit on hit.

Balance change: SC AAA+B, SC 3BA+B, SC 66AAA+B; changed move properties to horizontal, and improved their tracking.

Balance change: A6, A:6; increased block stun on block, reduced opponent pushback on block.
