What frame is the 33_99B:B JF on?

For the life of me, I simply cannot get this JF right. I always end up missing it.

Any tips? When do I need to input it? I know it says "on hit", but specifically when?
 
The frame the move hits - it's a bugger to get the timing at first but practice makes perfect - you will need the attack throw followup for certain combos.
 
Will I be able to land the JF when I grab people from a launcher? Say, if I did 44B or A+B, if I landed the 33_99B would I be able to get the JF? Or does it strictly need to be from a standing position?
 
do it a couple frames after the impact...right as you see their head jerk forward. and no, it doesn't work on airborn opponents.
 
Actually it works after two launchers. A+B and 44AB on CH or 44[A]B on NH.
It can be done in the air it's just harder to tell when to do it.
 
It's already been said, but to reinforce: The time to get the JF does appear to be later than hit by a small amount and yes if you hit an airborne opponent with it you can get the JF.
 
Awesome, I've got it now--I was trying to do it slightly before the impact, instead of after. And yeah, it does seem to hit airborne opponents.
