I've got a Harley Quinn and I'd like to give her the neckpiece that is used in this video:

I've reached level 52 and apparently all the equipment is unlocked when I reach that level, but I can't find that neckpiece anywhere. Can anyone please help?

Looks like one of the lacey/ribbons things and some sticker work. My best guess is it's DLC?

Well, I've bought all the DLC, so I guess that that's a combination of a ribbon and stickers.

That's a Lace Choker colored white with a Club sticker on top, placed by view from a top-down angle, or in anatomical terms, from a superior aspect.

Is there a CaS Q&A for this kind of thing?

There probably should be for things like this.
