Noooo! Don't give up. I really like your modern angle to CaS! The forums are quiet cuz SCVs gettin old. If you're lookin for things to do, try mixing things up with a bit of cyberpunk. Throw in some halos, visors, and mesh patterns and see what happens. That or start making some random non-modern originals for the hell of it. Not everything has to fall into your Reprobean children mythos.

I've always liked your designs, Reprobean. They were never omggodlike but they were always appealing, honest and they had a certain type of soul (lol, sorry) to them :)

This isn't really that "modern," although ninja outfits don't seem to have a time restriction. Part of the outfit had color limitations, such as the rims of the chest/shoulder armor and the symbol on the chest. I found myself coloring other parts to match it, which I didn't mind. I added pink, because I didn't want red to be the only warm color (also to keep in a touch of femininity). I've noticed that the far left picture on collage B makes her look curvy than she actually is. That's caused from the camera; some parts look big from certain angles. In fact, the camera had an influence on just about all of the pictures taken with it...

Don't feel silly. Their is no shame in CaS... You do a better job then most do, and I'm sure everyone on here feels pretty silly every now and then for spending as much time on CaS as they do (Hell I know I've felt this way before) The point is to have fun with it! Don't feel ashamed or silly for what you show off, this is your art that you have taken the time to present to us, not something you should feel ashamed of. Ask anyone else on these part of the forums and they will tell you the same thing. If you feel like you're not doing a "Good enough job" with your cas, it takes some time to get really awesome designs... Look through some of the seasoned cas artists pages and you will see that their first page of cas is definitely not as great as their page 7 creations for example. My point is that you shouldn't feel silly, their's no point for that. Just have fun with it :D

What's up, people. I know I haven't been here for a while. I've been busy with a lot of things outside this thread (and believe it or not, I'm trying to cut back how often I come here).

A few to say. I've made some changes and additions here and there, but nothing too drastic. I have reduced Ubasti's and Grace's physical attributes, but the changes might not be that noticeable. As I mentioned before, the camera made them appear larger than they actually were. I've done things like given those two characters much better 1Ps and 2Ps. Abigail's 3P had been replaced (I didn't delete it, but it doesn't belong to her anymore. A completely different character has it now, but I'm probably not going to show her here) and a few of her outfits had been fixed. With Ubasti, her 2P is now her 3P, her 3P is now the 4P and so forth.

I've also been thinking about making a second thread. It would be another modern thread, but nothing would be a 1P or 2P (just a collection of modern outfits). Other users could post on there, too. I could bring other characters like Yasuo, but I'm deciding if I shoulf make any more women, other than the ones already shown here. I want each character to be physically and vocally different.

It's been a while since I've been here lol. I just wanted to revisit the page. I made a few updates since the last post. Ubasti was renamed Jamillah Fuchs (was given to a different character) and has a new face, both her and Grace's sizes were reduced (although your eyes might not be about to tell), some costumes were replaced with new ones, and I added three new characters: Nita Lee, Queen Ubasti, and Queen Sekhmet. For Nita I wanted to make a girl that was cute but with "a size like the hulk...sort of," and the other two are Egyptian deities (and they don't show their faces). They're both war goddess, but Ubasti also symbolizes fertility and Sekhmet is fire and vengeance. I also got a new capture card, so I made a few CaS shots.

Having played this game for over 3 years, I'm a bit tired of it now. I've also been less active on this site than I used to be, but I just wanted to update the thread.
