We actually didn't get a lot of submissions for last week's Swimsuit Edition of Fanart Friday. What's the problem? Was the topic too "pervy" for Soul Calibur's obviously high brow stature and community? Well moving on...

This week's topic actually ups the perv factor; but in a different way. The topic: gender bending. Draw a Soul Calibur character, but in the opposite sex. Naturally, only official Soul Calibur characters will be accepted.

Multiple entries will be permitted, however I will limit the number of entries per person and select the ones I think are the best. Include all your entries in a single submission. Submit your entries using the "Contact Us" form; do not post your entries as a comment. We can not accept any entries with blatant nudity. The winner receives a limited Project Soul T-Shirt!

I think people vote for the art, not people who made them.
I been thinking about this, it just occurred to me last night. If a person decides that he will vote for either the Tira or Xianghua because he decides that those are the two best, and he's kinda on the fence about it, he is voting for art from the same person due to the effort, skill, quality, or etc. (just for example —evidently these don't factor in most the time). Here's my point: the next voter might be on the same fence and go with the alternate choice. But take out one of this artist's pieces, and there will be no fence, thus all the votes flooding onto the one choice. Hence, in this case, making Rightxxx the winner. So I'm saying that entering more than one item of fan art at a time is strategically unsound unless we adopt this postulate/addendum to result in the winner. Shouldn't additional effort be weighed toward the reward?

I believe this contest only goes for the best artwork piece, not so much pieces collectively.
