[Dallas, TX] Live it and Breathe it! (Check first post for info)

Mine is a Sanwa JLW (Semitsu buttons if you were curious).

Monday Night Raw tomorrow night 7:30... Post up and let me know if you will be there... Chris Gold will be bring his Street Fighter 4 (yes you read that right) over as well... So we will have SF4 on the xbox and SC4 on the PS3...

If someone has an extra xbox stick it would be awesome if you could bring it so we can have 2 xbox sticks for SF.

JLW? Nice I guessed right. Im getting a JLW-UM and a JLF sometime this week for both my sticks.

Mine has the original Hori stick, although I did replace the spring with SC2 GC Hori stick spring.

I do Have A Stick Of My Own For The 360. Its Brand New. If You Wish I Could Bring That With Me As I Get Ready For Such an Event... and WORSHIP ME FOR I BRING STREET FIGHTER 4!!!
 
EP is a fucking salesman (and I thought I was the salesman). I'm going to be coming up this weekend. I'll leave during the day friday and leave sunday morning. I'd rather not go by myself but either way, I'm going to go.

And ice, i just watched the japanese finals vid. Shit was ridiculous! That sagat couldn't even touch him!

By the way, does anyone in dallas have a spare stick(JLF etc) that they are willing to sell. Mine in this SF4 stick is about to crap out on me and i need a new one while i wait for my order from liz licks.

SA Rob and I are coming up, leaving Fri morning. We should be there by the afternoon. I have a PS3 w/ST HD, a copy of SC4 (and thursday I'll have my copy of SF4). Do I need to bring anything?
 
Nori, no, just bring your sticks and yourselves man, maybe a blanket or two, and everything else should be a-go. see you guys soon....

P.S. I'm reminded of when everyone was all hype and getting into Tekken 5 when it first came out. Ahhh memories. (Let's hope it doesn't take me as long to get decent this time around... lol)
 
Yeah, ICE. Capcom did a very good job in hyping this game up. I hope it revives the fighting game genre so we get a new game every 2 years instead of every 3-5 years. Tekken 6 needs to hurry up. lol It's been forever.

I kind of like Able so far. He's the only character that can effectivly mix up mid or low with his Rekka special move. He's like a character for people who play 3D fighters. lol

I've had a lot of success beating 2d players who are so accustomed to always block low and have weak mid/low mind games. But I'm sure as time goes by people will get used to his shenanigans.
 
I feel ya ice. I unfortunately have to start from square 1. Game is too different from ST for me to use Honda or Blanka.

Gonna be a long time till i find a main.

Anyone know how to team me to do QCF'sx2 from player 1 side? I am horrible :(

The only way to learn it is to practice, and practice A LOT. You'll get the form down over time. It's like throwing a football. You can throw it sloppy with no practice but after a while you'll learn to do a spiral. It'll be natural after practicing so much.
