hmm...

Ok here is how to "beat" Nori.

He will most likely use Cervy tech or frame traps when pressured. So just don't be stupid.

If he feels like he is negative. He steps...up. By doing so attempts to punish. Typically with a 3b type of move. If so, block, and free damage available.

Even if you know this it gets strange that he will NOT deviate from this strat. (Caveat: he will ONCE. Only once.) He lets you know when he will deviate by getting flustered.
