DEVASTATION 2K11 MMs/HYPE THREAD!

The time has come once again. Everyone who has attended DEVASTATION in the past knows what a smashing good time it is.

A few logistics such as time and financials are still being discussed, so I await an official announcement from JediRobb or DrDogg, but I can confirm 100% that SC4 will once again be on the roster for what is coming together to be the BIGGEST AND BEST GAMING EVENT OF 2K11!

October 7th-9th

Lets make DEVASTATION the premier USA SC4 major of 2K11! There will be top notch competition. The event will be held at the awesome same location as last year, plus the untouchably beautiful atmosphere of Phoenix in October.

Last year drew attendants from New York to San Francisco for SC4, and all the way from Korea for Tekken 6. Those of you who were at DEVASTATION 2K9 may remember that we had early versions of Tekken 6 and KOF12 open for free play all weekend, and we also had reps from Namco to discuss it with. Nothing is official about it yet, but IF there is an SC5 on the horizon, DEVASTATION 2K10 will likely be a place where you can test, check out, or discuss it with Namco reps. Really the possibilities are endless.

A new game is coming out. Maybe not this year, maybe not next year, but we all know it is. How about we give SC4 a proper send-off?

Well I, for one, will be attending 100%.

On a serious note, depending on how much I have before hand I'll take a few MM offers. Maybe less than 20 dollars though as I can't see myself being a rich mofo and doing 10 $20 MMs .
 
Holy crap your going to do this in october? dam my birthday is in october and I was planning on going to vegas but now I might consider doing this instead.

xeph, last year i tried to set up a pool party with floating calibur but nobody was interested. at worst though, i will set up a beach volleyball event for us to enjoy the weather.
