I've decided to keep Sophie offline so I don't get so pissed off when I miss a punish I know I should've had and I've been scrubbing it up with X as my new online main. I feel like she's actually one of most seldom played characters online and off so I'll just ask you guys what you think is Xianghua lag and what you think is legit. I avoid using 44AA because that move's dumb online, I don't SXS B except on wake up (if I accidently transition to SXS I might just go with it lolol).

I saw MT Fighter and Mick play at Summer Jam. I didn't see all the matches, but it seemed like 3A is the most common low poke. I also don't think I saw it blocked once. 1A and 1K are used more rarely, but I'm not sure how abusive they would be to use online or if it would teach me bad habits. And what do you guys think about WR A+B?

Well sometimes, I just know. I keep it to myself, but I just know. Lag makes mix-ups where there shouldn't be mix-ups. Lag makes some moves way too good. It's especially painful when I'm able to push the other player around then suddenly they turn the game around with some really stupid shit.
 
X 1A, 1K, 3A/K and WR A+B should be fine online. Some of them WILL get blocked offline if you start whoring them out (OOF blocked about 60-80% of my X 1As when we played before SJ), so it would be of some benefit to use them sparingly.

Edit: WR A+B is probably the easiest to abuse online, seeing how the crouch into FC 3B, WR B/K/A or WR A+B can be ambiguous in lag.

It is also worth noting that 66B+K into itself is the shit.
 
Anyways, for every time I fall I get back up again and dust that shit off. Thanks guys and sorry once again. From here on out, I'm gonna be a bit more ignorant and just say "Tee-hee! Cool story bro" the next time I come across something like this. I mean, certain online people pride themselves on their skill online for that's what they have. I understand that. But when they say stuff like what bigClilC do, that's when I know from here on out that they ain't worth my time reasoning. Yet I will remain civil and just spar with them because I'm nice.

In other news, the mods have colorful "Mod voice". Imagine if they all posted in color........taste the rainbow!!!
 
Im starting to get back into the old cliche of getting pissed when someone beats me un-fairley! I used to be really good bout that sort of thing but as of late, I wanna take a sack full of kittens and throw em off a bridge (sorry pocky, had to make the kitten reference...LOL).

I guess its real easy to fall into the "online mentality", I blame it not being able to play anyone offline. Well thats not true, but my buddies (and my son) dont even wanna play me anymore (even tho my son of all people has the best chance of beating me, but hes sick and tired of SC4). Even legit loses online piss me off now.

Think its time to take a break or only play 8wr members or something. Cause lately, It hasnt been very fun!! Cept with other members....

In a sense yes. But I wouldnt have worded it like we are a bunch of fasists! The colored posts are "moderator instruction" we are all here to have a good time and keep peace in the galaxy.

You are playing online, if you don't want the flow of your game affected by latency, you have no choice but to stop...

And lol I just read that one, 3k... lol... And I remember admitting it can be dodgy but trying to tell him 214a isn't necessarily a lag move if used at the right moments, now I just don't bother if I see him on the list. Complete nonsense.
