Oh Manfried...... Why do Namco change you so?! Look if they have made him top tier does that mean that everyone else in the game is gonna be worse than Talim?!

Well i have a feeling that nightmare hasn't been really discuss yet and with the gameplay i have seen they seem equal ground again I'm really disappointed with Patrolkos he's the main character but people don't really seem to like him that much :P
 
I think it's because there hasn't really been THAT much hype on him. And lets not forget people like new things but not change. It's all down to speculation at this point on whether he is a good char or not. Spose we will just have to see when it comes out. And make our own judgements

You're craaaaazy. On a side note, I'm scared, SF has always been one of the harder characters for me to fight, along with mitsu, voldo, and astaroth. So him being the best makes me want to crap my pants, specially when venturing into new territory without my girl talim :(
 
I have also been looking around the forum there's not much talk about him i thought he was suppose to be the new sieg and btw i hate the new sieg look compare to nightmare lmao not even shot

Think Namco is tellin you to change ya style my friend. Try someone else out like Viola. Everyone is raving bout her. My main is Kilik I know it was an easy choice and stuff, but he is still very good BUT I may be trying to change my main in this game. Someone along the lines of Ezio or Z.W.E.I

Yeah viola is on my list along with pyrrah and Tira. I mained Tira for a while so I guess I won't be completely crippled. But still :) I'm excited, change is good!

When has Siegfried ever been Mediocre? And I still won't main him.

Wait for the rest of the cast to show up. I still have faith Raphael might be high tier this time around.
 
I havn't been guessing Tiers am just simply stating that no one really knows how good anyone will be. And all we can do at this moment is speculate at the prospects. Am hoping that everyone will be able to find someone they will be happy with but we all know that there will be someone who has a gripe against the changes that are being made. But thats just life I suppose. And to be honest in the right hands sieg can actually be quiet dangerous but thats just my opinion. I like sieg he has always been my second after Kilik.

To be fair - if you're using Talim to fight Sieg in SCIV, you'll never get an easy fight - Sieg has everything Talim does + range =P

well its in general ever since I got into the franchise in SC for the dream cast, its been the same four giving me problems xD.

SCIII I think not. AE he was pretty scrubby i'll admit.

SCIV??? Are you serious? He has a ton of good match-ups against majority of the cast since most of them are in the same tier range. But He does have a hard time against Setsuka, Ivy, Kilik, etc. So you may be right on that. I just have a hard time fighting him so don't take my opinion into consideration.

SCBD....Anything of difference from SCIV outside guest characters and CAS features?

SC1? Hmm. Yeah you're right.
 
Train more on Edge master against them then...... Or just pick up there frame data learn whats safe and whats not...... More unsafe moves tho to be fair.

Edge master won't work. No human can play as perfectly as EM can sometimes. Not a good choice for offline practice. Frame Data and Safe/Punishable moves to learn are more the route to go.

Or better yet. moves that...WHIFF!
