okay I'm not really new to SC, but had the same problem in sciv.
I swear I take 90% of my damage trying to get up off the floor. It's like once someone has me down, that's it, round over - any tips?

Kick! Sometimes that'll break up their attack. Roll to the side and then attack if their usual routine is to launch you you're getting up.
 
thanks - I think the problem is I can't deal with okizime mixups.

Any more tips?
It's getting so playing's not so much fun any more!!
