May be too late for this but I figured I would give it a shot.
Hilde has, a bunch of problems. What I see as most noticable, no question is C3A. 2 canned hits ruin the move. JG and GI means guarenteed punishment on her longest charge. This means you have to constantly drop your charge 3 and count constantly. I honestly think it would be way better if you swapped C3 and C2. Even better would be make C3A +1.
Can anyone do the 66B BE into combo? If not, make that possible and useful.
On the topic of BE's, make the other one combo into C2B on catch? It costs meter, I don't think it would be even close to too good.
