Celmisia (my manga project)

Seeking the Truth eh?

Abby sighs
"Alright, you might want to sit down for this"
Yu cautions of what Abby will do and slowly sits.
"First off, my name is Abigail." She sits up crosses her legs and reaches out her hand.
Yu jumps at sight of her moving.
"How!?"
Abby smiled and tilted her head. " Come on, I make anything with eyes closed and sow my body back with string. So, don't kid yourself. I know the body well. Don't worry, I would of tried something when you started talking."
Yu sat back down and said "Yu.Yamase Yu. Now tell me what I want."
*sigh* " Here goes. You know about schools rivalry and now you notice that its more aggressive in the caves down here. Well, both schools are not having some deep grudge and they settle it in the underground. No... teachers, some students and even the leaders of both schools are after something in these very caverns. Something powerful... I really don't know. But we're not the only ones in this fight. Some powerful people are joining the fight. I don't who they are and why they pop up now, but in the year and half of fighting in this place I never what to try to fight with these mysterious assholes."
Yu's tries to wrap his mind in what she said.Yu was speechless.
Abby spits out a little blood to the floor.
"Hehe... now its my turn ask you questions"
Yu gets ready for any personal questions.
"How did you do that sweet kick move!?" Abby's eyes glitters like a little kid asking for a new toy.
"And the sword! It looks like it made by a grand master!" she picks up the broken pieces of Yu's sword and holds them up in the air. She's so excited she almost dances. But she coughs out a little blood and falls on her knees. Yu tries to help
"Hehe.. I'm okay... so if you teach me that move I'll fix that sword of yours."
In Yu's mind "What the hell? One minute shes at my throat and now she wants to trade combat tips?'
"Um?"
Abigail points the sharp end of the sword at him
"You three options. One, you don't teach me that move and we can be on are separate ways, but you sword will still broken and even the best black smith if you can afford him will take 8 to 14 months to fix it. Two, you can teach me the basics of that move and I'll fix right now in second. Lastly three, you teach me completely how to do it and in three months I'll make this sword into something the world hasn't see in years. So what its going to be huh huh?"

So here you go and you guys might be thinking "What!? Abigail nerding out like some fan girl? Who knew?"
Well I knew motherF*&%ers deal with it. XD

This is a nice story. is it too late to contribute a character?

I do not know.... And Vincent might be out for a few days..

The what happens after and living with consequences of their actions always interested me more. Did write a fan fiction to see if I could write a sword fight, it's rubbish, and floating around here somewhere.

Set in the UK? Ah, I was thinking southwest-ish America.

Nope, even some of the characters have British accents!
Or was it french? I dont remember. lol

Cecelia: "You know how ridiculous you sound, right?"
Marcos: "Cecelia, mind your manners."

Ms. Cathy: "Leave the boy alone. Telling him that he's ridiculous is like telling a little boy that his favorite Halloween costume is ridiculous. He wouldn't care." *lights up a smoke* (or in Britain a Fag!) "That said. Yu, it sounds like an old Kung Fu movie quote."

Teh Truth

Lol, I find it odd that Yu would sit down when the fight hasnt ended yet. But anyway...

Yu : There are two rules for being victorious in martial arts. Rule one is to not divulge anything you know.

Abigail : And rule two? Hm?

Yu remains silent.

Abigail : Who made your sword?

Yu: Shizu.

Abigail whistles at the mention of the historical figure.

Abigail : A Shizu blade...is only gifted to those that are worthy. But no matter. Will you teach me that kick? As I promised, I'll fix your sword.

Yu : I don't make deals with the enemy. And cho-geri isnt something someone like you can learn.

Abigail : So...you're willing to be stuck with a broken weapon? You don't want it to be something...greater?

Yu : You don't understand what constitutes the soul of a sword.

Abigail drops the piece of the katana on the ground and stands.

Abigail : Soul? Ha... I've made my offer. Since you won't take it, very well. But heed this well, Yamase. We aren't done with Ancora yet. Its only the beginning..he..he...

Her laughter eventually fades away into nothing, and Yu is left alone in the cave.

Shaking his head, he picks up his weapons.

If what she said was true...and if our enemies are as powerful as her...then Ancora may be doomed. However...she didn't know one thing about my blade.

Yu holds the broken pieces of his katana together, and they instantly form anew with a white flash.

...Phoenix...one of the last mystical blades crafted by Shizu. No matter how many times it is broken, it can revive itself anew like the firebird rising from the ashes without limit.

But what is with the girl...Abigail...? She is a dangerous one, no doubt...but I see something behind those eyes of hers...cold...dark...despair...
To be continued

I do not know.... And Vincent might be out for a few days..

Tell him to hurry up.

oui

oui

Vous devez vous rappeler

We could set it in Australia and name every single character Brucie.

Does every teacher smoke in this thing? Lol, not that I mind, just the two who have made an appearance Marcos/Ms. Cathy both smoke. Cecelia steals some when Marcos isn't looking, but chokes and doesn't like them.

Oh, yeah, there is a reason the 11 year old girl is at Ancora, I'll get there when I get there.

So here you go and you guys might be thinking "What!? Abigail nerding out like some fan girl? Who knew?"
Well I knew motherF*&%ers deal with it. XD

Ah I love it when the piss gets taken out of a (overly) serious scene. XD

most teachers don't smoke... i think Cathy and Marco are the only teachers that smoke.

Ah I love it when the piss gets taken out of a (overly) serious scene. XD

planned that scene since the beginning of the fight.... (⌒▽⌒)
I didnt think that Luneth would make it so easy to set it up... THANK YOU luneth

To be continued

The fight ended the second Abigail intro herself to Yu... lol but....
This is great! I like That Yu thinks that Abby some villain after Ancora, how he see's Abby darker nature leaking out of her mind and how she laughed at the end. Luneth you might not know this you played Abby's part Strangely well. Sure she wouldn't normally laugh, walk away and not stay and bug the crap out of Yu till he teaches the move to her.... she's deceptive yes but.... whatever how about an after credits to-be-continued part for her....

Abigail walks away far from Yu until she can't be seen by him. She starts limping walking slower with one hand on the wall.

'Okay, can't let him see me like this. Man, if he didn't have the old self-righteous hero attitude going on I would of told everything I knew about Ergon. The minute i tell him who there are and how to found one he'll go straight to the fire. If he thought I was trouble, Yu is going through hell if he wants to fight them. I barely survived my fight... *cough* He can think whatever he wants about me. I'm not after Ancora...'

Abigail moves slowly not to make her wounds any worse. She opens her hand showing a small thin fragment of steel on her fingerless glove.

'The second Yu said the name Shizu, I knew he would never let me mess with it. Shizu swords were all legendary. Curious to what secrets this sliver of steel holds. And no soul? He doesn't know who he's talking to. He hasn't seen my best and experimental works. It'll make Shizu's and any blacksmith of legend look like their simple toy makers.'

Abby flips the piece o'l steel like a coin and places in her bag. She pouts at the idea of not messing with the sword.

'Yu, first rule of war is deception or was it know whose the enemy? We need all the help we can get. Doesn't matter where... Damn it.... I really need a bath'

To Be Continued!
Yu face someone new today and realize something big is coming!
Who's is this Mysterious group called Ergon!?
Will he ever find out!?
Will He over come his next challenge!?
Will Abby ever get that bath!?
Tune In Next Time To CEMISIA!!!

Fun fact : Shizu actually existed in real life, if you didn't know.

I think you mean the rule of war is "Know yourself, know your enemy. A thousand battles, a thousand victories." Its a famous quote by Sun Tzu.

Abigail may think Yu has that hero's attitude, but he really doesn't. He has been through a war, he has experienced the pain others feel when fighting - and as such, he dislikes battling to a certain extent.

And lets just say Yu hasn't played all his cards yet - nor has he shown the remainder of his skills, which I plan to add to his bio if I have time.

That's were I got the idea from what she was saying trying quote Sun Tzu... but i thought she has a lot on her mind so don't go specific (I didn't think you caught on so fast... so claps to you) ヽ(^o^)丿
and No I didn't... but that's why made her She said "any blacksmith of legend"
Abby sees him as some talented guy going hero not a solider...
Man I love having so much color on characters qualities...

This is a nice story. is it too late to contribute a character?
Not it is not my friend. this story is still in it's beginning/planning phases.

to the regulars here--sorry i've been gone for so many awesome pages! was moving so i didn't get to do a whole lot of internet stuff or anything else except for moving. i put in SC5 and then started reading this thread from where i last was and next thing i know the intro to SC5 is playing like crazy and i'm drawn into what you guys have made here. good job!

Here's a little story for Ms.Cathy... need to get her out and about....
Its Friday, September 6, 2097 12:01 P.M.
Ms.Cathrine walks down the halls of Ancora. Students walk by her, few stop to say hello or ask any questions. She quickly replies to all of them and continues walking till she reaches a flight of stairs. She goes up and at the of them is a door to the roof. Its a partially cloudy day with just the right ratio of sun and cloud. She like this weather cold but not so much were you need a heavy jacket. Cathrine grabs a pack of cigarettes out her lab coat and lights one with her Zippo. She walks to the safety fence and looks down to the school yard.

"heh.. Its only the beginning of the school year and i already want it to end"
Cathy inhales and blows some smoke. She taps on the side of her glasses. It reacts and start up screen appears in front of her eye. She's curious of a few people.

"Access Cyberia Net... Search for Ancora Music teacher Marcos"
Cathy exhales another ploom of smoke and is a little surprised at what she finds.

"Well, I'll be damned... Marcos, what are you doing in place like this?"
The roof's door and Cathy quickly puts out her cigarette
"Hello?.... Oh, its just you. What is it?"
A young woman in her mid twenties in with a small brown paper bag.
"Ah Cathy that's no way to treat your co-workers. Here I got you some lunch"
the lady hands Cathrine the bag. This woman had very cheerful smile to her with her brown hair tanned skin and blue eyes.
"Thanks Keytara. I forgot to get lunch today. But you should get back to office before students ask me advice."
Keytara the school consular was very happy go-lucky person opposite from Cathy herself. They were friends out respect for each other. They had friendly rivalry when it come to helping students. Keytara would give uplifting advice, while Cathy gives them hard facts which some students appreciate a little more.
"Haha, Oh Cathy. Lightin up little or you'll age faster. Buut your right students come first"

Keytara hugs Cathy and walks to the door but not before Cathy says one last thing
"Oh, don't forget the send me the psychy results on the potenal students later today"

Keytara smiles and finally walks out the door. Cathy opens the bag and looks at what she got today.
"Mmm, BLT sandwich. Damn it, Keytara your so nice. Where do you get it from? *sigh*"
Cathy looks at the sky and wonders at what she found on a few people.

"This silly fighting going on. This year seems... well a little like hell. I guess I'll go bug a music teacher after this sandwich."
Cathrine grabs the sandwich and sees a pack of gum at the bottom of the bag. Her eye twitches. Cathy immediately throws it on the floor and stomps on it with her heels

"F@*%in! Keytara! She knows I hate gum!"
Cathy grabs the beaten gum and throws it over the roof. She breathes heavily in and out. She stops, straightens her back, adjusts her skirt and fixs her lab coat out.

"Whatever, I'll get her back later. I have other things to do."
She takes a bite of her sandwich and afterwards heads towards her next destination.

This just to get a better feel for my character
EDIT: well it's turning in to something that was never planned but... this seems to good to pass up!

The crazy ones are fun though. I was in the mood to write something mellow tonight. Character development.

Also, http://translate.google.com/?hl=en&tab=wT#auto|fi|

That link will be of some use. Don't hate me for what I've done.

Also, chapter 3 is on the 2nd page.

Marcos
CH-002
04/28/2094
"Ancora, Kiva Nimi"
“Koti!” the girl shouted at him. (Home)

She didn’t need to shout. She was sitting beside him in the car. Though still she shouted, sometimes bursting in to sobs that Marcos could not console her out of.

“Haluan mennäkotiin, vie minutkotiin,” she cried. (I want to go home, take me home)

Sometimes the girl would grab his arm and try to wrench it away from the wheel or gear lever. He never struck her, that wouldn’t get her to like him any quicker.

“Äiti, isä,” she quieted down at that. (Mother, father)

“They’re gone, I’m sorry about what happened,” useless consolation. Seeing her parents ripped apart like that. What the hell could anyone possibly say?

“They’re in heaven now,” a lie, but Marcos tried it.

“Valehtelija!” (Liar!)

Damn she caught it. Were there no religious children left?

“Would you at least tell me your name?” He pointed the Volvo’s nose toward the fogged up docks.

This was on interesting week. First the letter, he tapped the envelope that rested on the dashboard, “We’re going away, where no one can hurt you.”

“Ole hyvä, haluan kotiin, ja vanhempani. Viekää minut kotiin,” she sniffled. (Please, I want home, and my parents. Take me home

“I said we can’t go back. Besides, they said in the letter it was, ‘A wonderful school that employs only the highest standard of faculty, and takes only the most gifted students.’ You will be a student there. And they’ll have to know your name.”

“En halua kertoa,” she replied curtly. (I do not want to tell)

“Please,” now Marco’s turn to plead. “You’ll be safe at this, one…” pause, “Ancora Institute.”

That’s where they were headed too. Someone had found out he was the one behind the now-illustrious Finnish National Orchestra. Now they were on the road, with no need for a composer or tutor to train them. The conductor and musicians were all lovely folk, but Marcos took his pay and left. He enjoyed his privacy.

Tried to keep his name a secret. They found him regardless. Apparently there was a vacancy in their Arts department. They wanted Marcos to fill it. There was an exorbant rate of pay. He almost thought it was a fraud letter, but a few phone calls and it was settled.

Another thing was made clear; they would not take ‘No’ for an answer. Well they probably would, thought Marcos, but this was a good deal. High end school, high end pay, high end staff were needed. So I guess he was now high-end.

There was a handwritten note, which left him both nervous and incredibly intrigued. A sort of mystery I guess.

“We allow for faculty to house their families on the grounds, the special dorm for teachers and such. We know the girl is not your family. We also do not care; she may come if she pleases. There is a place for all in Ancora.”

The letter was post dated over two weeks ago. Before he met the girl. Before her parents had hired him. Before he had gotten involved with the incident and the van.

Getting rid of the body and the van, easy. He still had friends on both sides of the law-enforced fence. The body went one way, the van as a donation to the other. Marcos smiled at his own particular cleverness.

Forget the man, he was a sick fuck. Now he won’t be hurting anyone any longer. And he actually smiled at the girl, who just stared blankly back at him. What was he wanting from her, oh right.

Marcos held out his hand, “My name is Marcos, Nimeni on Marcos. Mikä on nimesi?” (My name is Marcos, what is your name?)

She shunted back in the chair, probably wasn’t expecting her own language. Pick a little up of everything, and you can definitely go places.

“Minä kerron teille. Kusipää.” a chucke from the girl, though still wiping away tears, “Nimeni on Cecelia, nyt sinä toit minut takaisin kotiin?” she took his hand. ("I'll tell you. Son of a bitch." "My name is Cecelia, now you bring me back home?")

Shook. Well it was a start, and he kept smiling at her. “Both you and I, Cecelia, we cannot go back.”

“Tiedän. Ancora.. Kiva nimi.” (I know. A nice name..)

“And I’ll be a teacher there, and you will be too young to start class. So you can roam the grounds as you please.” Pulled up the handbrake, they were early.

“Pysytkö kanssani siellä?” (Are you staying with me there?)

“Of course, you could stay with me constantly if you choose too.”

He watched Cecelia take out the knife and rest it in her hands. The engravings on the blade, a honorary wedding blade. Some custom in some families.

“They are very proud of you, Cecelia. You know?”

She did not respond, but did smile. Her eyes seemed to take in every inch of the knife. The only item the poor girl has of her parents. Probably could have snagged more from the house, but didn’t want to risk going back there.

He thumbed the button on the Volvo’s stereo, wound down the windows, and he and the girl Cecelia listened to Jonsu sing through the crisp, damp air.

A horn, and then lights. The ferry was on its way in.

“Goodbye home,” it was a goodbye. Headed to the wilderness of the unknown. Ha, a wilderness to only them.

“Yksin erämaassa?” Cecelia said. (Alone in the wilderness?)

Could the girl read his mind?

“Marcos, olemme kunnossa. Äiti ja isä ovat ylpeitä minusta. Teitä myös siitä, että pelastat minut,” that was the most she had ever said at once, apart from calling him a ess-oh-bee. (Marcos, we are fine. Mom and Dad are proud of me. You too. You saved me)

“Proud of us both, then? Good, I’m glad someone is.”

He shut the car off, opened the door and stepped out. Letter in hand. Cecelia was beside him in an instant.

“So, off to the unknown, Toivottavasti se ei ole tylsää,” he remarked. (Hopefully it's not boring)

Cecelia giggled.

And they stepped toward the docking boat.

To Ancora, to the unknown.

She will be happy there. Any luck, maybe both of us.

Wiping her face in his car while they waited. She looked up at Marcos.

“Nyt ei ole aika voit olla surullinen, liian!” (Now is not the time for you to be sad, too!)

I hate pulling dick-moves like using a foreign language, but I hope that I wrote it well enough (until the very end at least) that you can gather what Cecelia says through Marcos' thoughts and dialogue.

Oh well, Enjoy

What Language is this!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!???????????

its Fucking amazing! Finland! aaaaaawwww

Glad you like it. Truthfully, google translator is what I used. I bet its all wrong grammatically but whatever!

Also, the first two short chapters when they first meet and head to the school Cecelia is 8 years old. In the 'present' she is 11.

And I promise from now on, she will know English. Though may swear in Finnish still. If she does at all.
