Alice In Wonderland

Well a back with just a few new characters and as the title implies they are from Alice In Wonderland
Not my best work but I thought I'd try something that wasn't completly from my own head
I have a great love for the books (as the pic of me in my Mad Hatter costume shows) so I thought I'd give them ago. Hope you like them, hopefully I will have some more of my own creations to show later.

Now THESE are what I truly call works of art - just like the ones that you've made before! o.O

I'm starting to believe that you really deserve all the praise that people in this thread gave you, Matty82 - and I'm one of them. In fact, I might even say that you're on par with some of the better CaS creators in this website, too. That, among other things like your talented sense of artistic ingenuity and stylistic approach to your creations as if they were paintings is something that most people wished for, yet only a talented few truly have....

...Of course, I'm also aware that the road to obtain absolute perfection isn't really easy; and that it requires infinite patience, real determination, hard work and an artistic imagination to get where you are now. What's even more amazing is that you still desire to improve your handiwork, stretching the abilities of the CaS system to its absolute limit while maintaining your sense of dignity and humility despite it all. To be honest, I really admire and respect that part of you, hoping that I could learn a LOT from you (and other great CaS creators like Gatsu, Pocky-Yoshi, Murasame, and more....) and apply what I've learned to my own creations to the best of my ability. Hopefully, you might go even further and keep on improving your artistic work in the future.

The reason why I wrote all this is because despite everything I've done for my own CaS, I always seem to be missing something in every character I create; whether it's the wrong combination of colors, or the wrong piece for that character that I've thought that looks correct at that time, or even the wrong name and backstory of the character that I've thought of in the first place! In short, I usually screw up most of the time.... T_T

I can only hope that once I've put my own characters up in a thread of my own sometime in the future, I might finally be able to discover what makes my own creations really work - and perhaps even find my own flair that makes each of 'em uniquely mine like you obviously did with your own (hopefully....).

Do forgive me for the long post, but I really must let this all out of my system before I go to sleep today. Thank you for reading it all and have a pleasant day.... m(_ _)m

Pardon for my double post, but I couldn't help but raise my eyebrows in amazement. o.O

Once again, you really outdid yourself.... I'm impressed! ^_^

You my friend, are a brilliant artist!!!

Do you mind posting the formula for Alice? If you do, you are the best man ever :)

Thank you :) I will try and message you the formula as soon as I can but to be honest she so easy that it would be hard to recreate her from the screen shot, there really isn't anything complecated about her

That was truly an inspiring read! It will never cease to amaze me when anyone gives me such high praise and I hope you and everyone here knows how genuinely thankfull I am every time.
I do very much look forward to seeing your future works here, if I can give any helpful advice is take inspiration from absolutely anything! you'd be very suprised where some of my ideas come from.

I really can't say thank you enough, you really made my crappy day end with a bang :)

I for one don't care if a CAS is technically superior, but there has to be a theme and the CAS should provoke some kind of emotions...some kind of love/hate relationship with them...

Otherwise, if it is one of yours, just can it, because you won't even play with it...

And yes, if Matty thinks you have an interesting collection, i am for sure curious about it ;o) !

Perfectly put

sorry Matty82, but I have to tell you that there is one thing I really hate about your galleries:
you takes a long time to post something new and leaves us anxious hehe

I wish I could post more regular but your be happy to know I'm working on something right now :)

I must say that Im 99% an anti-CaS kinda guy. Im just dont have the imagination nor the talent for these sorts of things. So you can usually find me talkin shit to those that are all into CaS.

But these are by far the best Ive seen yet. My daughter MADE me make her that Alice just now (which took me like 2 hours but I was able to do it from the screen shot). Good job homes, those are really awesome
