High mid on ringout stages. Low mid on walled/infinite stages. At least that's the way I see it.

I agree. A pretty large amount of my wins are ringouts because almost everyone I play underestimates his RO strength, especially when his back is to the edge.

Also is 11K (the low spin kick move) really as good as M.Lizard makes it look? I know it's unsafe on block but it looks like you can seriously troll people on ukizeme.

People who don't play against Aeon much might have trouble reacting to it (it's definitely reactable though). The main advantage it has is that it tech crouches a ton, so it can be used as an interrupt. In a way it's like Yoshimitsu's 214A.

9K, 44BAA
combos at touching distance and near walls (can W!) which isn't half bad, good for interrupting.

also not listed is this wall combo + variants.
WS B, B+K, 44BAA W!, 66K W!, ~ 6B BE, 66B
--------------------------------------------~ 66K, 44BAA (if they roll into to wall)
1B BE can also be landed after 66K W! however its pretty specific on when it works.
This combo works pretty well if their back is touching the wall and you are pretty much in their face.

Don't have the dmgs on me but im guessing it'll vary due to clean hit chance between a couple of moves.

44BAA is very inconsistent in wall combos unless it's placed at the end

Example: 9K, W!, 3B, W!, 66K, 44BAA

I find getting his 3B to W! very inconsistent, infact i find a lot of his wall combos inconsistent, trying to 1B BE often misses, 3B doesn't wall splat all the time and also misses sometimes. 66K also misses when your too close, a lot of annoying inconsistencies in his wall combos. Anyone else think this as well?
 
Yea I think his wall combo game is horrendous but the thing about the combo I posted is if 3B doesn't wall splat 66K will still hit regardless. Its little tricks like that help keep a person hurting when they hit the wall.

66K follow-ups only seems to work if they W! late instead of instantly.

In short you really need to be aware of your opponents distance/angle relative to the wall to have success in wall combos.

Edit : Also if you hit with it near a wall, you get a free back grab if they stand block.
 
Hmm....I need to get my reactions to change from 44K to 66K off of CH 4B then. I pretty much bite everyone lol.
 
I'm just going to brag and say I think I've finally figured out the variable timing on BT B+K after any of his moves that launch people over his head. The closer you are the longer you have to delay the B+K, and if you do it point blank it will almost never combo so it's better to just turn around and do whatever else.

This is probably super old news to everyone who isn't a fraud like me but I felt like posting my meager accomplishment :P
 
Good Job. I only have the 33B one down. wrB is about a 70% consistency.
33B is incredibly consistent for me, I almost never have to adjust my timing for it. WR B is the one I was referring to with the variable timing; you really have to be on point with gauging your distance after it. If you're not sure it's always better to B+K slightly later rather than earlier, because if you don't juggle you'll at least do damage rather than whiffing completely. The timing also feels more forgiving on late rolls than early ones.
 
I've given up on trying backwards B+K roll in a combo. I just hit G and go for oki set ups with 66A or 66B.

So after playing with Aeon exclusively online for the past 2 weeks, he's becoming my favorite character to use, now I just need to work on my match-up knowledge vs Viola and Maxi, those two wreck my shit no matter who I am using. Pyr, and OPyr is also giving me more trouble than they did when I was using Mitsu.
 
So, I'm looking to at least improve with the lizard since he's the only one I'll play in this game. Anyone willing to beatdown a scrub on PS3?
 
It kinda turned dead again, eh? What should I talk about... Oh! Aeon! Right.

Let's see... If anyone think some of his moves are useless, I'll find a use for them.
 
Why does Aeon reverse his grip?
I realize he's got these little talons on the ends of the handles of Ktinos & Anthropos, but still.
He's not doing himself any favours the range department using them like that.
I feel like I keep overestimating the range of 6bA+B+K
