So Penn State was fined $60 million, had scholarships slashed for four years, and are banned from postseason for four years. That stuff I'm fine and dandy with and agree its more than sufficient for what happened.
But-
They also have made them vacate all wins from 1998-2011, and that basically makes it so that Paterno is no longer the winningest coach in college history. I know the guy screwed up and all but he did a lot of good for the college helping promote academics and other stuff so for them to screw him over like this after his death just seems like bullshit to me. That guy earned every one of those wins. I'm just glad he isn't around anymore to see all this.
But-
