Did yall know, if you take a lithium battery, cut it open to expose the lithium and throw it in a bucket of water, it makes a REALLY REALLY BIG BOOM!!!

I took a battery out of a camera and broke it open and threw it into a 5 gallon bucket that was full of water.....it blew that fuckin thing apart. It was awesome!

How could some one grow up and not learn everything about the elements? Fun facts: Lithium is an alkali metal, which will react with pretty much anything. They'll also react explosively with water. The most exciting one to watch is potassium in water.
