The Best of (XBL):

I think someone or a group of people should just fill out those empty spots with people they think are 'the best', rather than have people claim themselves. Maybe based on their experience in online battles with those claimed 'best' (is this online only?). Then the battles for the spots start from there.

Doesn't work if the people perceived to be the best don't want to play mirror matches constantly.

This is for NA only and why would Japanese go on the English forums when they have the Japanese forums? Pretty much all of the great players are on this site.
