Just watched the grandfinals and damn, Reptile, if you thought like me, you would have won. Totally called that you should do that GB BE...and Partisan ducked...and then the match ended.

Congrats to everyone who did as well as they wanted to or better, though. Special congrats to DINO vs. Eli
 
just wanted to drop in and say ggs all, wish i could play more and seeing rpic showdowns like partisan vs reptile really gets me motivated.

great finals guys, and grats to the top 4, they certainly were a cut above all the others. Like I said on strea, partisan is 1a, Reptile is 1b in my book.

Definitely man. But it's only at the very last round that Partisan started to "fear" the throws enough to actually duck them, and I didn't pick on that soon enough.
 
Anyway sorry for double post but I finally got around doing my stuff so here are my shout outs :

- Southern Ontario : This guy is so badass that he walks in the middle of the traffic by himself and only stops at some random shop to check out the ladies. In all seriousness though, props for having the most games with me in the entire event even though we didn't face off in the actual tournament. Also AA 4 life.

- Chu-Fye : Man I'm glad I met you, you put some life in a community that would be really silent otherwise, and you're just a really cool guy to have around and hang out with. Next time I'm definitely getting some of that arabic beef yo.

- Force of Nature : We only talked for a bit and were barely able to understand each other (lol?). But I could feel I'd get along with you and it's too bad we didn't get to play SC. But those DOA games were hella fun. I'll try to level up my Kasumi for next time.

- Dino : We had some fun casuals, and I'm really glad you could make it. You're a cool guy and mad props for winning that grudge match.

- Eli : Thanks a lot for housing me (us) on saturday. And all what you did for us was really appreciated. You're a calm and chill dude I like that. Also you won more games against me than I did against you so I'll make up for that next time.

- Oofmatic : It was great to finally meet you and play you in person. I'm glad you could make it for a few casuals and it's too bad your personal stuff prevented you from entering. GGs and remember I'd do this anytime, anywhere.

- Russel : I really like to have you around. Watching you play SC is always entertaining. Also thanks a lot to you and the others T13 TO's for putting up this amazing event at this awesome venue. Continue to support and play SC, man.

- Pyro : Very special thanks for picking me up at the station so I didn't become a lost child. Also for housing me friday night. Hanging out with you was one of the best things I got from my trip to Toronto, and I can't wait to make it happen again. Also shout outs to Dr. HuntingWood and Mitsurugi Chris.

- Stryder : Hey man thanks a lot for having us at your place for casuals. I wish you entered but some sometimes a man got priorities eh. Let's play some more next time I'm around. Also shout outs to Zwei's rushdown 2K spam and wakeup 8B's.

- Chacha : It was nice to meet you. You make it easy for people who didn't know you before to hang out with you, I appreciate that, and I hope we'll see each other at NEC. Also, Raph matches are exciting.

- Partisan : What can I say? I have been looking forward to play you in person and you did not disappoint. I'm glad I had my greatest set of all time with you and daresay it was one of your best too. Also hanging out with you is a blast. Too bad we couldn't get wasted lol I wanted to see that so bad.

I hope I can represent Canada with you at NEC in december and look forward to more games and craziness. Also
shout outs to Rock Airlines and Rock's elephant cry.

So yeah pretty much it was an amazing experience at Toronto thanks for everything everyone was so hospitable I enjoyed myself more than I hoped for. I also want to say that I really like this community no matter what anyone says you people are awesome and I hope to see you all again soon.
 
GGs Reptile. I seriously wanted to play you more but between the Grudge Match and playing UMVC3 and people calling my Phone To Meet up, I couldn't get as much games in as I wanted to. Good Shit in the Tourney Resetting the Bracket. I really did enjoy our matches pre-tourney. But Dude DONT LOSE TO ELI HE'S A MOVE SPAMMING SCRUB!!

Hey Silent wall sorry I knew I was forgetting someone. Sorry man so many new faces in one weekend. So here it is :

- Silent Wall : You're the first opponent that got me nervous. Despite being fun, those mirror matches were painful for me, and to make it worse, you won the first game which kinda downed my moral even more. I got hit by BBB more in this set than in my entire life. Your Aeon is very solid, keep at him you can only get better. Also congrats on 3rd place.
And oh yeah! That 1B+K answer to Raph's Prep was so fucking badass I couldn't stop laughing in the middle of the match!
