Soul Calibur Humor

A few years ago, probably before SCIV came out, I had this strange dream involving a crossover with the SSX video game franchise.

I talk more about this in a "Fan Fictions are Written" thread, started by me. So, I dunno if I'll go ahead n' describe the dream here or you guys can volunteer to look for the details in the other thread.

I'm not sure how this is funny lol. Unless we're all secretly laughing in our heart since that SCIV broken lolita chick finally died and maybe Raph will finally get a chance to shine xD

I probably laughed because I don't like Amy haha (gameplay-wise and character-wise). She stole all of Raph's good moves and ruined his reputation.

Hopefully, PS will be willing to restore the one and only true fencer in the SC world back to his glory.

Well, damn. Tell me how you really feel. I like Raph to be back to his former self but not at the expense of screwing over Amy.

I don't hate Amy's guts but I do feel she is very spoiled. Raph gave her his fencing skills, love, protection, and even a new world lol. Not to mention, Raph's entire story revolves around one orphaned girl. He had plenty of potential in SC2 but PS reduced it to a "vampire/pedophile laughing" stock. In terms of gameplay, some her of moves rightfully belonged to Raph and some were broken (+2 6BBB, every hit for example). At least Raph is still good-looking and cool.

In another vein, I never felt that Amy deserved to have a movelist of her own. She can be a character but should not be a playable one, similar to Dampierre's imaginary daughter. Nothing can be done now since she might be Viola, and if she is, I would agree with your idea of RaphxViola being a destined battle. Raph could finally say goodbye to her and let her leave with Zwei (if Zwei is still alive that is).

Speaking of "back to his former self", they don't need to make a carbon copy of SC2 Raph. If they would improve his movelist and his life (human Raph again) and maybe give him clothes without a plethora of bat/vampire themes, Im happy then. If they make him human, I would want his vampire throw to be replaced by a heart stabbing attack throw. That would be cool and suitable for a rapier user.

Excuse me?? Have you been reading fanfics or something dude?? Please do not insult Raph. Raph is not gay and would hold the utmost contempt for Siegfried (who happens to be a favorable MU too).

Same here XD I love his left throw you know the one when he knows em to the ground and does a spin and stomps on their back and tells em to know their place :3 Their ribs probably cracked >u < ( I think it's the left side, correct me if I'm wrong x3)

It's the right throw (assuming Raph is on the 1P side).

Clarification: It's to Raph's right if you are on the 1P side but to the opponent's left.

I dont really think Raphael actually thinks about anything else but Amy.

For example: He wakes up in a dungeon and his first thought is "AMY" like wtf. He doesn't think think " WHERE AM I?", "HOW LONG HAVE I BEEN HERE?". No, his first thought is Amy. Lmao her even thinks about her in battle shouting her name "AAAAMY". So yeah...
