A tale of souls and swords, eternally retold...

Oh I'll bet.. Kappa

Gotta admire that anatomy work though, very lifelike, if you ignore Lara's huge breasts and the subsequent backpain they must cause.

Thanks, yes, i studied and improved on the anatomy in my latest drawings : i worked more or less an hour on this sketch alone, from rough to finish (which is still pretty rough ok :)

Thanks mon ami...

Oh, did i ever share this one by the way ? It is one of my younger age drawing, probably when i was 13 or something, some work around shading and expressions...and as you can see, the anatomy is top notch :P
Sorry, if the upper part is cut off a bit, but only the moon and part of the big guy's head can't be seen..

Then i got something else, remember my wasp CAS, right, the one that made me famous and caused Le Bello countless sleepless nights :)

Well, i try to take the concept and do a forza motorsport 5 car out of it. A bit of off topic creation then...
Here comes the...

All about different shades of yellow, shapes and gradients...

Nice car, it's pretty hard to make nice car on Forza, it takes time and patience, I begin to make a sticker of Nemesis for my cars, maybe I'll post later

oh you like drawing stickers, hey, so do I, here is a blend of Aston Martin DBR9 and my latest SC5 CAS,
V-oilà ! :)

feel free to post yours when finished

The helmet's very cleverly done. I like how you merged the edge of the Number 1 sticker with the edge of the helmet visor and the feathers of strength. The dome-like shape of the motorcycle helmet's more closely matches the shape of the original than my Spartan helm, which has that peak. It also frees up an extra slot for the little knob on his antenna. While I don't have that DLC, I still like how my version of the helmet kinda straightens out at the bottom though (due to the cylinder SpecEq). I see that you chose to use the horn equipment for the antenna. I preferred the flattened scroll, which is bigger and straighter. The chest armor works much better than the Cervantes armor I used since you can sticker it up with pockets and denting. The trade off is that you have to use that collared cape and deal with the Roman battle skirt, which ends up looking just fine, especially in battle. The space shoulder armor's also more accurate than mine. I went with my Japanese shoulder armor 'cause I wanted it to lie closer to the body rather than extending out. Overall, I'd say that yours is more accurate while mine's more blinged out with DLC and such. Even so, it's awesome how you pulled off this Boba Fett without using a single piece of equipment I used. Do you think that's a fair assessment? Let me know what you think.

Thanks for noticing i didn't barely copy and improve, i wanted us to have very different CAS and respect yours as well.
A few additions or comments on your comments :)

Helmet : the translucency adds a bit to the sci-fi flair but is not faithful per se, but also helps blending the red that overlaps too much with the sides in the center of the visor (cleaner on your helmet because the spartan one allows that)
Funny you don't mention the wear on the helmet (and chest) btw, which adds to the boba flair a lot IMO

Antenna : I'd have to disagree that the helmet antenna is just as i did it, the big fat antenna as you did it is in fact the top of his jetpack which is bulky head of sorts (probably your ref pic angle that mislead you ?)

Chest armor : the chest piece of boba is trademark and needed stickerwork, so yes i think i made the right choice (and use the cape and belt to mimic the forest version / desert version of bobba you can see him portrayed with in some pics)...the collared cape isn't a must, i could have picked something else but nothing was more coherent than this one in my books than this small cape; and as you said, adds to the fluidity of bobbas movement in game...

Shoulders : would have liked them to be smaller and angled downwards, but this PoE simply doesn't exist, so i had to make do...

Cheers !

Ok, i went back to the drawing board, the reason for this is that my younger son is totally mad with this game and
wanted me to do a Plant vs Zombie garden warfare related drawing. Here it goes, based on the camo ranger character from the game (which is one hell of a beast btw). Believe it or not, my son has managed to pull out a 21 kill streak with this character in an online multiplayer competitive game...craaaaazy (dave), hey ?)

Braiiiiiiinzzzz !

If you wonder what the french text says, in no specific order :
Zuper good player (up top but i clipped it by accident)
Exprezz weed killer (sniper rifle)
Gardening toolz (combat knife)
Zuper stealthy camo

Now my question is : is it even possible to recreate a zombie from PvZ in CAS form (might be a very tough nut to crack with only 3 ExEq slots)

Creation time : roughly 1 hour from sketch to finishes

Are you implying you liked my post without actually looking at the drawing, but...this is outrageouz ! :P
K, i know you did, now why don't you post some of Joe's artwork here so i can have a good laugh (or go and make a hard copy and sell it on black market/ have it published :)
