Please don't be late. If you are going to be late, call us beforehand so we can hold the start till you arrive. If you have been to one of our tournaments before, you should have recieved someone's phone number in which you can contact. If you haven't, please send either SWBeta or Hudathan a PM. I stress this. Help us help you play in a well organized tournament.

We can only hold the start of a tournament for about 10-15 mins, because security is strict about closing the game room by midnight. If you are going to be very late, it is possible that you might either start out in the losers brackets or not be able to compete in the tournament altogether, so please come early unless you inform either Hudathan or SWBeta ahead of time.

Was just about to make the thread.

I might not be able to make it this wednesday too. Will keep you posted.

Well D.Fury & myself are coming up, as well as Solace possibly. However I haven't been able to reach HuDuThan on his mobile, and I hope this is still going on ....
there is no post up on Caliburform about this, so I guess I'll paste this up there.

If anyone is reading this, please post up your intention to go, so we can make sure there is an event to attend.
Thanks,
Dan
