THESE IMAGINARY CHARACTERS.......

SOULCALIBUR™Ⅵ_20200617160544.jpg

Chapeau :) l'artiste !
welcome back !

hi, i'm still having fun with soulcalibur.
I would try to be a little more present. THANK YOU
I can tell you that I always look diligently at your creations which are
still performing, as well as many other members of the forum

There can be no doubt as to one thing, Durand: you are the King of Crazy Head Gear! When it comes to producing bizarre craniums for creations, you out-weird even Vil! Which is not to say i don't like the designs: many of them are immensely clever. But every time I click on your thread, I am wondering what kind of wild hat, helmet, mask, or alien skull I am about to see!

yes, I recognize a little creative madness, maybe a little like me. I love the imagination and I give free rein to this imagination which is specific to us in each of us, but always inspired by influences from films, comics, manga that I would like to find here. but I try to remain consistent with my characters until their ends, most faithfully, and with requirement ... I find it harder to make more conventional characters because I get bored and I leave it to others care to do them ... and they do it very well. I would admit that I am never satisfied with my characters, because I constantly modify them ... For me, they never finished ... Thank you friend for your comment

Heureux de donner du credit, ou le credit est du! (C'est la meme expression en francais? J'allais dire "de donner des 'props'", mais je pensais que ce serait encore plus problematique!)

By the way, I've been meaning to say, I can't look at Gondolin without seeing the guy I imagine leads the Advent Shock Troopers in X-COM! C'est plus qu'un peu ironique, etant donne que la trame du fond tu as cree pour lui! He's even got the mostly-but-not-quite-entirely human look to pull it off.

hello, I'm amused that you compare Gondolin to this license that I particularly like. And now that you say it, the resemblance seems pretty convincing to me ... well seen ... it's like one of your characters named zasalamel'c who made me think of the valiant Teal'c from the stargate series. Unforgettable and nostalgic ... that I liked watching so much ... Thank you for having noted this resemblance that I had not noticed ... an outside look is always appreciable.

Haha, well spotted yourself: in this case of course, that design is meant to be a hybrid of Teal'c and Zasalamel. Or Zasalamel cosplaying as Teal'c we might say. :D I'm glad that got noticed. I've been doing a series of these using base roster models to create designs of other characters (and of course just my own unique 3Ps, and some recreated 2Ps) and never exactly know how solidly they land, except to say some of them have some of my peak number of likes, so I presume they are hitting a certain subset of folks. Or maybe they just like for technical reasons...who knows! Point is, I appreciate the feedback. In fact, I wish more people would shout out the catch more often! ;) Going back to your stuff, your guys are nuts in most cases, but good: really engaging!

You know what it's like? It reminds me of looking at beetles and thinking, aren't they all crazy and unique, with all of their adaptive purposes and morphologies. I feel like I am looking at a race of aliens and/or insects cosplaying with wildly varying degrees of success as humans, lol! This one has got to be the best one in that kind of vein, for me:

LIET

Liet is Inuk's disciple to succeed him and protect Arcadia, the jewel of the Arcadians. Sweet dreamer, he secretly loves Jessica, a stranger who fled from slave traders. It can not tread their city, because it is not Arcadian. He strives to convince the council of sages who are tables of law to admit Jessica in their tribe.Inuk reproaches him for these tensions that are detrimental to his training and see a very bad eye this love story ...

Your style is mad, but I love your technique--keep them coming!

ok, now I'm going to convert myself into an entomologist .... A pinch of human and a pinch of insect ... We mix everything and that gives us hybrids ... AH AH!
I appreciate the comments and do not hesitate to suggest me your opinions

You really got a knack for creativity to where I just about liked everything. I second Rusted Blade though: you make creative hats. Keep on sharing.

thank you, for your appreciation and all these likes.
