South Florida didn't get represented much either which stunk, but it was hard to complain with the field we did have.

Too many Good Games all around. Hopefully see everyone again next month there.

i like how theres a wide variety of characters that were played, not everyone uses only godly tier characters and whatnot. seems like it was interesting.

Yeah they said they would organize one for February, but it's still in the works. Whenever they hammer it out you'll see Cecil post it in the Tournament Anouncements
 
It was good seeing alot of the players I played with when I first started over 8 years ago.

Colin, woot! You're, back in the swing of things. You beat alot of great players to earn 2nd. I was rooting for you in every match. You had me nervous in a few of them though. You pulled it out like a champ though. Let me know your Xbox ID and we'll get in some games online. It shouldn't be too bad.

Darius, wow, 3rd place seems to be a curse for you. I know you have it in you to win these tourneys. You weren't as nervous this time around and that was a damn shame. I was going to buy a Yoohoo chocolate drink for you to hold on to in one of your matches. It would have been delicious. Thanks for the Hilde practice after the tourney. It really showed me that you can't make any mistakes or that's your ass.

Dave! Good seeing you again. Sorry I didn't stick around to play you. I was a bit annoyed with playing on the hori's. It really messes up my execution on certain things. But you did really good in this tourney and you almost had everyone beat that you lost to. I really enjoyed watching you play.

Renki! Every time I see you, you're playing someone different, and doing very very well with them. I really think if you stuck with one character for awhile and really learned the in's and out's of them, you'd adapt even better under pressure. It's really great watching you play. I never know what you're going to do. Your matches were too close to call too.

Eric/Wcire, wow, the physics on your beard are perfect. You need to write a "How to" on beard growing. Get some of these amatures on the right track. Your placing in the tourney doesn't show your real potential. You have a very nice Siegfried. I think had you have stuck with him, you would have won this tourney. Your Yoshi is great too, but I think your Sieg has a little something extra going for him though. More mixups and damage potential I think.

Zdamned, you are the funniest person to play with, hands down. You always come prepared to make it enjoyable for everyone you come in contant with. It's really good to see your Ivy evolving. You're taking her in the right direction. I really can't wait to see what you have with her next time we meet. I'm hoping you'll blow everyone away.

Dezz! It was good to meet, and play you. I hope you enjoyed your time here, and didn't just come down for Calibur. Orlando is a beautiful city with lots to see. Next time we meet I want to hear that you've gotten in touch with the other ATL players. Bring some of them down with you too if you can. I'll be in touch.

Mystic, last place man? What the hell is that? You should have won this tourney. I have no idea what happened. You were out so quick I didn't even get to watch any of your matches. I had expected better from you. It was great seeing you though. I know you'll be looking to do better at your next tourney. Take care.

Y2J, what happened with your drivers license? We were hoping you wouldn't come and take our money, and you didn't! Thank god for that!
 
Gah, this tourney blew me away faster than any other...

kAb - Your lizzy is just amazing, but not as amazing as your spacing game. I'll find a way to give you a good fight next time, and thanks for the practice afterword.

Renki - Stop changing your Character! Lets find who you wanna play, and help you stop this "Low tier" skipping!

Enkindu - I'm having Jaxel make me a new stick soon, just need to find a good picture for it. If possible, we may just get an even level match in. Sorry my Hori sucks... it's probably caused as much damage to me as it does for you at times. Just watch out for my Ivy's evolution, I don't think anyone else has what I already do, or what I am working on.
P.S. - Congrats on winning yet another one!

WCIRE - Play more! You can win, a lot! Just play more. (BTW, if you don't have the patience for it, I'll try to buy your Intensity card off you.)

Suirad - 3rd again... Maybe it's because I didn 't play you? FC3B owns your knees! Keep it up, and maybe you will climb to 2nd. (Bank is being slow... condo on the way though, then sessions will happen. I'm keeping everything crossed.)

Dezz - It was great playing you! Sorry my Ivy is a little tricky, but I'm sure you were getting used to it. Hope to meet up with you again some time.

Grimmace - (I put you last because you beat me out the tourney!) Just... watch out, I'l find a way to throw you out of Bullrush next time. Just stop getting trickier on me! You know I can't handle mixups, or mind games.... or wells paced safe lows... or good players...

i didn't mean to stand you all up! :( i was up until 4 the night before and when i woke up at 12:30 and looked at my sadly empty wallet i had decided against not going. i was a little sad about it as i had my controller and game all packed away and everything... but its why i rsvp'd as a maybe and not a yes. i definitely am regretting it now and i am far more enthusiastic about showing up for the next one if there is one, if just to watch and support or even just offer some entertainment value and not even play. the local community seems really friendly and tight nit and i would love to have some new soulcalibur buddies. :)

Word. Don't make any sacrifices that will hurt you later. Certainly, you don't just have to come out for a tournament. As soon as Zdamned gets his own place, we'll be having regular sessions, and shit too. It'll be good times. Good luck in the XBL tourney!
 
So much seems to be hnging on my Condo. Why must the bank take months on a compete offer? WHY!!!
But yeah, once I get it, sessions weekly, and tourneys monthly.
