    They even revealed in the SCV artbook that Taki took him back to Chie and he now lives with her and their son Riki in the Fu-ma village.

    SC3 reworked a lot of the story of the series. But I assure you... he died.

    That was probably the original intention, yeah. But, I would've remembered in SC6 re-killed him. That'd be a very, very weird decision. lol
