Although someone can probably answer the frame specifics, I personally try to use iWS B most of the time except when trying to hit grounded opponents. The manual crouch input is also far more reliable than the few amount of TC frames 3B has for avoiding highs.

The fact that he has a step in this game is pretty fine with me altogether. For QS I think it's pretty serviceable. For example, I had Patrokolos do his 6BBB, if you duck the 2nd the hit which is high and Quick step 88 you'll be in perfect backthrow range :)
