[04] Fighter
i'm planning to make some DMC characters, using the DMC4/MVC3 models as the base.
Problem is, i'm not exactly sure what movesets to give.
For dante, i was thinking Cervantes, since it kind of matches is overall style, mixing both guns and swords, but dante uses VERY long swords... but he also swings them faster than your average fighter too. faster than both seigfreid and nightmare do.
For vergil, i was thinking seigfreid's moveset, with the long katana mimicking Yamato, but again, he's as fast with that sword as dante is with Rebellion. now, virgil is, i THINK, exclusively a sword user, so i COULD go with mitsurugi's style. it's not as long as Yamato, but at least it's faster than seigfreid.
As for trish... well, you can see the predicament here. she's basicaly dante with... femine appeal. and lightning powers. can't forget those. anyway, as another large sword user, this one being called Sparda, and also a gun user, i'm at a loss here. granted, she's not as fast as dante, but she still knows how to use her weapons well. i'm less worried about using someone like Seigfreid or Nightmare here because of her lack of speed, but the problem is, which one? i doubt i could use items to properly replicate the look of Sparda, but i still want to make this character and do her justice. if it helps, i'm leaning towards nightmare.
and since Lady is mostly a gun user, i'm just not gonna bother.
as for Nero... we'll see. I'm thinking nightmare here as well.
