Oh it's because instead of having 2B's dress you're basically equipping her actual character model. Saved them time since they couldn't have to create a separate model/mesh/animation rig etc. It's a bit lazy imo though but better than nothing.

Nah I wanted the pattern to be barely visible, something you might notice but not necessarily. This time anyways. I think it looks mysterious idk :P And no new stage is a bit but then Tira didn't get one either so I think 2B was the exception and not the rule.
