Very hectic night. Brackets had to be redone 3 times, the power went out twice, and everything was damn crazy. Tournament started about 45 mins late. Special thanks to Misato for helping out with the brackets and tourney organization, and thanks to his crew (Zor and Dakkon Fury) for providing an XBox360 console, a copy of SC4, and sticks to speed the tourney up a bit. Apologies again to Mike B2010, who was mistaken for having a loss early in the tourney when he had a win instead. We had to have him play all the matches against the people he should have played if we had gotten the right info down. As a result of this occurance, there are five 7th placers instead of the usual four.

I'm thinking we should consider starting the tourney a bit earlier so we aren't playing the finals/semis to the last second. Steve Harrison and Misato still have to play for 1st/2nd place.

Amidst all the chaos, a small number of videos were recorded. They will be uploaded soon.

Once I'm free to play the weeklies again I'll have Tournament Maker setup and we should be stabilized enough to start on time or maybe even earlier. It looks like a good turnout again and it sounded like good games. The power situation sounded like a nightmare, it's only the second time that I've heard of it happening. I look forward to seeing the vids and everyone wish us SB3 goers luck this weekend! I was put into the top 16 seeds and I will do my best not to disappoint.
 
Good shit guys. Nice vids there SWB. See you next week! I may even grab a tripod for you to help w/ the vids, is there a screw hole on the bottom of your camera? If so measure it for me.
 
Next time I'll bring the things I need to record straight from the TV, like some of my earlier SC4 videos on the page. So no more subpar quality!

There's no screw hole at the bottom of my cam, Dak. Hopefully, the TVs at UMBC have more than one set of A/V outlets.
