Hi guys. I'm new here, hence the introduction thread. I get kinda nervous when I join new communities, lots of rambling, that sorta stuff, hehe. I've been a fan of of the Soul series since I first played Edge way back in the day. I'm only 18, so I was understandably horrible, since I started on the series at age six. The first game I really got into was Soul Calibur II.

I'm very friendly, if you can get past my inherent shyness, and I usually come up with a lot of stories for custom characters and such. I like to write, so if there's a section for that on the site, I might make a few contributions. I haven't really explored yet, since I came right here after reading the rules.

Anyway, enough of me rambling, that seems like a good enough introduction. So, hello everyone. ^_^
 
I usually main Siegfried. I started off with Nightmare in SCII, and stuck with human-Sieg because his moves were more familiar.

I do plan to play online, and I've got SCV preordered for PS3.

I don't really consider myself skilled enough for competetive play, but I have been in a few fighting game tournaments in the past. I live in Southern California, near SD.

Edit: Er, started off with him after I really got into the series, that is. I didn't really play Edge and Calibur I very much. x_x
 
Damn, you just missed SCR, there was a SCV demo. There's quite a few players in SoCal, you're just in the right place!
 
I watched a few videos recorded from there. An entire youtube channel seems dedicated to them. I do regret missing it, though. T_T
