How is amy's step game? My main is astaroth but im trying to second a character that has a better step game so that I can get used to side stepping and such.

Her step is, like thug said, one of the better steps in the game. Also, not only that, but she's one of the best characters in the game as well. Having both Astaroth and Amy in your arsenal is good.

Tiers only come into the equation when two competent players are similarly matched in ability, so don't pick your character based on that unless you want to play tourneys, in which case just stay the hell away from Mina.
